Background
I am a physicist by education and have PhD in Molecular Medicine. Currently, I am doing Postdoc in modelling early stage of Pseudomonas fluorescens biofilm development in close collaboration with microscopy experimentalists. The focus of my work is to build a model of an early stage of biofilm formation to unravel the processes of cell interface colonization.
Research interests
My research interest is building interdisciplinary models turned with experiment to get insights about processes and patterns.
